Hire a Professional From Sleeping Angels Co.

Please fill out all of the following information below to begin the process of selecting a childcare professional or domestic employee to meet your needs.

Client Policy

All clients using Sleeping Angels Co. services must sign this agreement upon first time use with services. Client will be required to pay an initial fee in order for Sleeping Angels Co. to begin the process of searching for new hire. This amount will be credited to the agency fee upon hiring. If for any reason we are not able to find you an applicant that will fit your requirements, we will promptly refund your deposit minus a $50 service charge for our time and effort.

Client pays all fees with credit/debit card or check, directly to Sleeping Angels Co. at time of booking. A job is considered booked once we send a confirmation via email. When we receive a request, we immediately start looking for someone for the job. If you need to cancel a request, it must be done BEFORE we send a confirmation email to avoid cancellation penalties. Sleeping Angels Co. does not check availability of any job candidates without a signed contract.

All jobs must be booked for a minimum of 4 hours.

There is a $25 service charge for “same day” bookings (a job booked the same day the employee is needed). If a request comes during after-hours, the job will be considered received when we open.

Clients are prohibited to work with hired employee without authorized agreement of Sleeping Angels Co.

Sleeping Angels Co. receives a placement fee (contact us for more info) paid by family. If the family chooses to hire our employee for permanent work which they have used through our temporary division.

We thoroughly check both professional and personal references for all of our employees. In consideration of our employees and their references, we cannot release the names or phone numbers of these references without their consent. We can, however, provide you with specific information from our conversations with them.

Cancellation policy: There are no CASH REFUNDS. After the signed contract is agreed upon, if the client cancels our service within 48 hours, a cancellation fee (per day) will be owed to us and if there is a remaining outstanding balance, greater than the initial fee, Sleeping Angels Co. will be entitled to collect any monies owed. There is no credit given if a cancellation is made within 24 business hours of service (i.e. cancellation on Friday for Monday is considered 24 hours).
